Instructions 

 

Assemble the Saw Horse as shown in the parts list. 

 

Place the log onto the rear support stand. Ensure that the log is no  
longer than 4M and 250mm diameter. If the log is 4M long,  
then 1.5M of the log should be on the other side of the strap, so that it is 
balanced, as shown below. The log must be balanced before cutting. All 
size capacities may vary depending on the weight of the log. A heavy 
log may need to be less than 4m long to maintain balance. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The rear support stand teeth should be embedded into the log. 
 
Secure the log by placing the ratchet strap over it and into the slot within 
the ratchet. Pull the strap tight and lock the ratchet, ensuring that the 
cogs are locked. 
 
All users must ensure the saw horse is on firm level ground.
