Wake ‘n’ Buff
= 5 to10 min. morning buff to get your
crusty old lethargic butt outta bed.
Pre-Shower Exfoliation/Massage
= 10-15 min. will have
you feeling warm & fuzzy on the inside, and like a baby’s
bottom on the outside!
Pre-Workout
= 5 to 10 minutes of gliding over your
workout clothes will warm up your muscles (pump blood
into them) and may help prevent injury.
At the Office
= Buff on break! Ease sore typing fingers,
hands, shoulders, or just enjoy a few min. of stress-relief to
help you be more relaxed and productive. You’ll be the
most popular person in your office once they catch word
you’ve got your buffer!
After Work
= Unwind on the couch in front of the tv with a
few minutes of buffing. We recommend buffing the bottoms
of your feet, buttocks, wrists, shoulders, legs, and back to
melt away post-work tension.
Before Sleep
= Need a restful sleep? Buff out the remainder
of the day’s tension for a few minutes and you’ll melt into
those sheets.
Party Time
= We’ve brought the BFF to some clubs and
parties. It’s a downright hoot! Give it a whirl.

run, cycle, work, work out, go out, come
home, make plans, dance, yoga, sports, swim, sleep, eat,
pray, love.
