3. Patient preparation and Diopter adjustment

Activate a new set of Comfort Guard™ hygienic eyecup covers. Hold the “L” tag to the symbol next
to the power button until a tone indicates a successful scan, then place on the eyecups.

Once the Comfort Guard covers have been installed, an animation will provide step-by-step instructions
on the LCD screen. This will demonstrate how to fit the headset on the patient and how the diopter
adjustment works.
