[STOP] when the torch is at the desired position or the on-screen ERROR CODE G00 is displayed.
Pressing keys [F6] [F7} will override the error code.
Restart is used to reposition the torch after it has been moved off the cutting path to enable
consumable change, new pierce point, dimensional part check or plate re-alignment. To re-start
the cutting process, press [START], on-screen prompts require an input, the

RETURN TO SEQUENCE with this function the operator can move the torch at speed to the last
cutting point, a manual restart is required to initiate the cutting sequence. Pressing [START], the
torch will move along the cut path, in the oxy fuel mode, pressing the [PREHEAT] key automatically
causes the torch to move along the cut path after the relevant dwell period for piercing.
RESUME CUTTING this feature lets the operator resume cutting along the cut path after a break
in the cutting sequence, a secondary pierce at the stop point, followed by a straight line cut to the
point where the break in the cutting sequence occurred, the original cutting sequence is followed
from this point.
STEP OVERRIDE this function will override the STEP process, reverting the process back to the cut
sequence. Pressing [START] or [ENTER] initiates the function. The torch will travel along the cut path
after pressing the [Start] key once more.
Note:
When using the oxy fuel cutting process, ensure the Preheat procedure is followed prior to
piercing or torch movement.
9.5.5. Select program
This highly flexible system software lets the operator choose a cutting sequence start point from
within a program. To activate the process, press [F1] key in the Auto Mode Main Menu, an on-screen
prompt requires a Program Line/Pierce Number input. Before starting a cutting sequence, the
operator can view the actual pierce point positions, the torch can be positioned at the chosen pierce
point, a green cursor is visible and up to 8x zoom can be used to verify the position.
9.5.6. Edge start cutting
This is used to trim profile/plate edges; it is also used to cut within a profile that already has a
drilled/pierced hole. Edge starting can be used to cut thick and thin material. The operator should
ensure that the torch is positioned at the plate edge, in oxy fuel cutting, too great a distance from
the plate edge will result in insufficient preheat, leading to cutting issues. Plasma arc cutting,
too great a distance from the plate edge will cause the arc to be stretched, causing damage to
