• When the product is brought from a cold into a warm room (e.g. during transport),
condensation water might form. Thus, the product might get damaged. Moreover,
there is additional lethal danger due to an electric shock!
Therefore, let the product reach room temperature before using it or before connecting
the mains unit to the mains voltage. This might take several hours.
• Do not place containers with liquids such as e.g. buckets, vases or flowers in direct
vicinity of the product. Liquids might get into the housing and affect electrical safety.
Moreover, there is danger of fire or a life-threatening electric shock!
In such a case, de-energize the respective mains socket (e.g. switch off the circuit
breaker) and only then disconnect the mains cable from the mains socket. The product
must no longer be operated. Bring it to a specialist’s workshop.
• Do not place any open fire sources such as burning candles on the device or in its
vicinity.
• Operate the device only in moderate climate regions and not in tropical ones.
• Never touch mains unit, computer, mains cable and mains plug when your hand are
damp or wet. Danger of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Do not disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket by pulling the cable. Always
disconnect it from the mains socket by taking it at the provided gripping areas. The
same is valid for the connection for cold devices.
• Do not bend the cables and do not place objects on them.
• If the mains cable shows any damages, do not touch the mains cable. First, de-
energize the respective mains socket (e.g. by switching off the respective circuit
breaker) and then carefully disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket. Replace
the mains cable by a new one with the same technical data. Repairing the damages
mains cable is inadmissible! There is lethal danger by an electric shock!
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It might become a dangerous toy for
children!
• In commercial and industrial facilities the regulations for the prevention of accidents
as laid down by the professional trade association for electrical equipment and devices
need to be observed.
• The operation of the product in schools, training facilities, do-it-yourself and hobby
workshops should not be done unless supervised by trained, responsible personnel.
