GENERAL INFORMATION

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

The solar collector is a device able to intercept solar radiation 

and convert it into thermal energy used to heat up a heat trans-

fer fluid, composed of a mix of water and glycol.

Solar collectors can be used in systems for domestic hot water 

production or as a supplement to the heating system.

The main technical elements in the design of the solar collector 

are:

- the intercepting plate (called absorber) that allows a 

high energy absorption and limits its emission.

- the rock wool insulation

- the easy and flexible installation

- the integrability of the element with various covering 

technologies

- the long lifespan.
