7. ADVANCED OPERATION
Advanced operation covers the less commonly used functionalities such
as selecting the graph scale, checking the date and time, changing
the date format, updating the firmware and setting up the serial ports. For
basic operational information see section "5. BASIC OPERATIONS" on
page 10.
7.1 SERVICE MENU
By pressing this key for more than 2 seconds, the user will be directed to
the service menu.
This menu is password protected. By default the password is
32010.
Once the password is validated, you will be prompted with these icons.

7.1.1 TOUCHPRINT PRINTER MODEL NAME

This menu allows to review the Printer model name as well as the serial
number. By default, the Printer name is TOUCHPRINT PR. The serial
number or the model name are not modifiable.
7.1.2 DATE FORMAT
DD / MM
MM / DD
This function enables to swap from the European standard date format
(DD/MM/YY) to the North American standard date format (MM/DD/
YY).
The date format will ONLY be changed in the screen of the TouchPrint
and not on the ticket (the ticket information is managed by cargowatch/
DAS)
7.1.3 BUZZER SOUND
The user can decide to activate or de-activate the buzzer by pressing on
that icon. The logo will change indicating if the loudspeaker is ON or
OFF. When ON, a sound will be produced at each touch on the screen.
