GeneTitan
™
Scanner is a high-throughput imaging device
with multi-axis robotic handling capability for imaging 24-, 96-, mini 96, and 384HT-
array plate formats. The scanner is designed to measure the fluorescence signals of
labeled DNA targets that are hybridized to the array plates. The illumination source
of the GeneTitan
™
Scanner is an external, high-intensity xenon arc lamp. The
GeneTitan
™
Scanner is also equipped with a filter slider that allows up to 2 optical
filters sets to detect fluorescence intensity of samples in array plate layouts for
downstream analysis.
