Filling A.dest.:
Here you can select that the A.dest. station is
filled immediately after turning on the instrument.
Normally, this station is filled only when it is used
in a started protocol.
Note:
This function is used for instruments
with A.dest. stations, which are
operated with a very low water
pressure, e.g. when a water canister is used.
Setting the dripping movement:
To minimize the reagent carryover, the number of
shake movements can be selected from 0 – 5.
After lifting a basket carrier out of the reagent
bath, the adherent reagent is shaken off.
Tip onto the field.
Enter the desired setting.
0 = no shake function, 5 = 5 shake
movements.
Setting the agitation speed:
To achieve reproducible staining results, the
specimens can be moved (agitated) in the reagent
containers during their incubation.
The agitation speed can be set between 0 – 20.
Due to the agitation of the specimen in the
reagent, it is mixed and prevents the formation of
concentration gradients.
Tip onto the field.
Enter the desired setting.
0 = no agitation, 20 = very fast agitation
