Set origin.
From the
Window
drop down menu choose
User
Configuration
. Click
Set XY Stage Origin
. This resets the home
position.

Verify alignment.
Choose the
Stage Control
tab and click
Initialize
XY
. Assure the X-Y stage plates are flush after initialization.

Set reflection mode.
From the
Window
drop down menu choose
Beampaths
and set the
Beampath Mode
to Reflection and
Detector
to DTGS. Close the
Beampaths
screen when complete.

Open the Video screen.
From the
Window
drop down menu
choose
Video
