Time-Based Collect settings

. Runs standard collection.
•
Time
. Runs time-based collection with frames collected at fixed
time intervals.

Total Time
. Defines the total length of the experiment from
the start of the first frame to the start of the last frame.
–
Time Interval
. Defines the time from the start of one frame to
the start of the next frame.
–
Time Interval Unit
. Defines whether settings are measured in:
–
Minutes (for shorter collections)
–
Hours (for longer collections)
•
Trigger
. Runs multiple-frame collection with the start of each
frame triggered by an external input.
–
Total Intervals
. Defines the number of frames collected using
the trigger.
This function requires the optional external trigger accessory,
available from us. The inputs and outputs are described below.
–
Each frame waits to begin collection until a trigger is received
by a low-to-high transition on the “DI00” input on the
external trigger module.
–
Output “DI02” is asserted high when the software is waiting
for a trigger and transitions low once collection of each frame
begins.
–
Output “DI04” is asserted high at the start of the time-based
collect (when “Collect Regions” is pressed) and transitions low
at the end of the last frame collection.
–
The inputs and outputs are 5 Volt TTL-level digital signals.
