Installation, use and maintenance guide
BOSKY 30/F30 EVO
– BOSKY COUNTRY 30/F30 EVO
ATTENTION: it is mandatory to earth the generator. If this instruction is not observed serious damage, which
is not covered by warranty, will result to the body of the generator. Have an electrician check the earthing.
There must be no electric potential (Volt) between the earth of the generator and the actual earth of the
system. To prevent electrochemical corrosion of the boiler body do not use galvanised pipes and fittings.
Dedicated ground wires must be used to ground all other materials.
6.5 MOUNTING THE CASING ONLY ON BOSKY COUNTRY 30/F30 EVO
After having installed the product mount the casing as illustrated in the figures below:
-
Firstly fix the front majolica tiles (4) and (5) to the seats as indicated (see figure 1). It is advisable to remove the doors
in order to complete this operation. Degrease and dry both the majolica tile and the seat before securing the majolica
tile to the support with the supplied thermal silicone. Wait at least 24 hours before remounting the doors on the
product.
-
To mount the majolica tiles (6) first remove the black knob of the smoke deviator flap and then remove the central tile
support (8) by pulling it outwards firmly; then use the fixing elements (7) to secure the majolica tiles (6) on the support
(8).
-
Fix the support (8) with the majolica tiles to the product.
-
Remove the profiles (2) and (1) and mount the side majolica tiles (3).
-
Fix the majolica tiles by bending the tabs indicated, assemble the profiles (1) and lastly fix the decorative profiles (2).
ATTENTION: The majolica elements are handcrafted so they could contain subtle surface imperfections, crazing or
shade variations. The layer of glaze has an expansion factor that is different to that of the majolica tiles which is what
causes the hairline cracks. This phenomenon is a natural process and is not a defect. We recommend cleaning the
majolica tiles with a dry microfibre cloth and only when the appliance has cooled down. Using moist or wet cleaning
cloths would show up the natural crazing even more.
