8.3 BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR INFRARED REMOTE CONTROL
When the infrared remote control does not send out the transmission signal (led on), the battery must be replaced. Use a Phillips
screwdriver of proper size, to separate the half shells and replace the battery. The dead battery must be disposed of safely.
8.4 REPLACING THE BUFFER BATTERY OF THE CONTROL PANEL
Inside the control panel there is a buffer battery type CR1632. When the time and programming are not being memorised, then the
battery needs replacing. Proceed as follows:

Switch off the appliance and unplug the power cable from the power source.

Remove the cover by pressing your fingers towards the centre in order to press the two tabs

as illustrated in the
following figure.

Pull the top cover outwards and replace the battery. The dead battery must be disposed of in compliance with the regulations
in force.
This operation must be exclusively performed by qualified professional staff, as set forth by Decree no. 37 of 22nd
January 2008 and applicable laws on the subject. Before performing said task, make sure the power supply cable is
disconnected from the electrical power socket.
