Pairing with SmartThings
Pairing steps:
App: SmartThings App
Devices: SmartThings Hub 2nd Gen(2015) and 3rd Gen.(2018),
Aeotec Smart Home Hub.
Before pairing, check for updates to make sure the Smart-
Things Hub firmware is up to date.
Remove the kickstand on the back of the Temperature and
Humidity Sensor carefully, open the battery cover on the
back, remove the plastic insulation sheet and the sensor is
powered on; Or press and hold the side button on the left
side of the sensor for 5 seconds and release the hold; The
blinking cloud icon on the the LCD screen indicates the
sensor is in pairing mode.
Open the SmartThings App, tap “+” on the upper right
corner to ”Add device” and then tap “Scan” to “Scan for
nearby devices”.
