PBus & GPI Out Menus
PBus & GPI Out Menus
The PBus (Peripheral Bus II) & GPI menus are used to specify the sending
of trigger commands to external devices. GPI and PBus triggers are placed
on keyframes when an effect is created. When working on an effect, this
menu is used to change the working buffer to include trigger commands.
An Insert or Mod must be performed to make these changes part of the
effect. These outputs can be disabled in the Enables category of this menu.
If the device isn't enabled, triggers will not be sent. Devices must be config-
ured in Eng Setups in order to be displayed on these menus. Up to eight
PBus devices are supported.
Note
PBus and GPI configuration is covered in
Appendix C - External Interfaces
in
the separate
Kalypso Installation and Service Manual
