Effect Edit Menus
Effect Edit Menus
The Effect Edit menus are accessed by pressing the
Eff Edit
category button.
Functions in these menus interact with the E-MEM subpanel. Effect editing
operations are applied to delegated E-MEM levels which are set using the
Master E-MEM enable buttons.
When the 1 M/E panel is delegated to Pgm-Pst, the E-MEM subpanel will
be in Master mode and the enable buttons function normally to enable
levels and delegate them for effect editing.
When the 1 M/E panel is delegated to one of the M/Es instead of Pgm-Pst,
the E-MEM panel no longer controls Master E-MEM. Because this panel
may be used in conjunction with others in the same suite, there could be
conflicts with that other panel if we made enable and delegate changes
automatically in this mode. Therefore, when the 1 M/E panel is delegated
to an M/E, effect editing is disabled.
