Note

:

The sub menu “

TEST TONES

” adjusts the volume level of 

the speakers.

CONVERTING AN AUDIO CD TO MP3 FORMAT USING A 

USB PORT

The device may be used to convert audio tracks from 

a CD into MP3 format by saving them on a USB device 

connected to the front of the device.

Procedure: 

• Insert a USB key into the slot provided for this purpose.

• Insert an audio CD into the DVD player.

• Press 

DVD

: play starts.

• Press 

REC

: Ripping CD menu appears.

• Deselect all tracks by unchecking «

TRK

».

• Then select the tracks you want to convert.

• Then press 

START

 on the screen to start the 

conversion.

Notice

: If you wish to convert all tracks do not deselect 

them and move to the 

START

 step directly.

The device will continue reading the tracks while the 

MP3 formats are saved in a folder on the USB device. 

Progression is shown on the screen.

When the conversion is finished, press 

OK

 in the menu, and 

then 

QUIT

 to exit the conversion mode.

To play the tracks that have been converted, press 

USB/

AUX

.

Press 

OK

 using the directional buttons, select a track and 

press OK to validate.

Note

:

It is possible to stop the conversion by pressing 

CANCEL.

: This function is only available with a USB device.
