Consult the following table if there is a problem with the appliance.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• Remove fingerprints and dust with a soft and slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents that may damage the appliance’s surface.
ATTENTION: Never immerse the appliance in water or in any liquid whatsoever.
• If it is not used for a long time, unplug the appliance and remove the batteries.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE

The equipment will not
turn on.
• The power cable is not plugged in.
• Plug the power cable into the correct socket in the device.
There is no sound
• The external source is not switched on.
• Turn the external source on.
The remote does not
work correctly.
• The remote is not pointing towards the sensor on the
device.
• The remote does not switch the device on.
• There is an obstacle blocking the remote from the device.
• The remote control’s battery is empty.
• Point the remote towards the device’s sensor.
• The remote works up to 5 metres away from the device. You are too far away, or pointing at
an angle that does not work.
• Move the obstacle.
• Replace the empty battery.
The radio’s sound
quality is distorted.
• The station has not been tuned in correctly.
• You are in an area with poor signal reception
• Adjust the station’s tuning.
• Reposition the antenna.
The radio has no sound.
• The radio is not in tuner mode.
• The volume has been turned off or is at its lowest.
• Press
SOURCE
until you reach
TUNER
mode.
• Adjust the volume level or press
MUTE
to turn the sound back on.
There is no sound in
Bluetooth mode
.
• The Bluetooth device is not in synch with the radio.
• The volume has been turned off or is at its lowest.
• Follow the instructions to synchronise the Bluetooth device with the radio.
• Adjust the volume level or press
MUTE
to turn the sound back on.
