Braces {} indicate a required choice.
Braces within square brackets [{}] indicate a required choice within an optional element.
<string> indicates that an alphanumerical string without blanks must be used.
<quoted string> indicates that an alphanumerical string with blanks can be used. The string must be
enclosed in quotes “.
