It will automatically assign a number which is displayed on the handset and must
be used for internal calls.
If the PIN code is incorrect, the handset returns to standby after 2 minutes. Try
registering again.

USING THE ANSWERING MACHINE (TAM)
This product can digitally record up to 60 minutes of message. As well as recording
incoming messages, you can record memos for other users.
You can operate your answering machine from the handset or base, or remotely from
other telephones.
You will need to set the correct date and time (if you have not already done so) so
that you will know when each message was received. If you subscribe to Caller
display service, the date and time would be set on the handset automatically. If you
need to set is manually, please reset it under
HS SETTINGS.
If “CL” displays on the
base LCD, it means the time hasn’t been set yet, and you will not know the message
received time.
Switch the answering machine on/off
Using the base:

ON: The base LCD display firstly displays ”A1” or “A2”, and then digits.
OFF: The base LCD display firstly displays “OF” and then”- -“

Outgoing messages (OGMs)
The outgoing message is the message a caller first hears when the answering
machine picks up their call. This product has two pre-recorded outgoing
messages, OGM 1 is for answer & record and OGM 2 is for answer only, and you
can also record your own.
