S.O.S. (Snap On-Screen) RECORD
The channel selected or the type of
appliance chosen to record, appears on
the display of your video recorder.

Auto Long Play
The video recorder has an Auto Long
Play function. If you have programmed
a recording which exceeds the recording
time remaining on the tape, the video
recorder automatically transfers to Long
Play mode (LP).

To control the video
recorder, switch to

The VCR is switched on and selects by itself
t h e s a m e c h a n n e l a s t h e c u r r e n t T V
programme to start recording.
To record the programme you are watching,
just press the
s.o.s. record
key (the remote
control selector must be on
vcr a
).
You can record the TV channel you are watching at
any moment.
The option
S.O.S. RECORD
is available only if your TV
set is fitted with the
NexTView Link
feature (or
similar).

Unless the VCR is already programmed
(AUTO or TIMER is displayed) or playing.
W i t h s o m e T V s e q u i p p e d w i t h t h e

or similar, you may
programme a recording on the TV and
upload to the VCR.

channel will change automatically to the
one you are watching.
