Programming the remote control with the TV code

This remote control can be used for controlling certain functions
of most television sets. To this end, you must programme it
with one of the codes provided in the table opposite or on
page 21 of this user manual.

Press the TV key on the remote control

Hold down the MENU key and enter one of the three-digit
code corresponding to the make of your television set (see the code table above or on page 21).

Release the MENU key and try to control the television set.

The codes depend on the television model. Should a given code not work, try another. When
you replace the batteries in the remote control, you will have to programme it again.

Controlling the television set

To control your TV set, you have to programme the remote control as explained above. Then all
you have to do is to press the 

TV

key to control the TV set, and the 

VCR

key to control again your

VCR.
