2.1 INITIAL SET-UP

Inspect shipment for damages during transit and unpack. Report any damages to your 
transport company by writing details on delivery docket before signing..

Connection supply hose to water supply:

o

Use hose with minimum 20 mm inside diameter

O

   Required minimum, of 10 PSI / 21 LPM (Litres per minute)

Turn on the water supply.  

Remove the High Pressure Jet from the lance and run mains pressure through 

the unit for 1 minutes be pressing the trigger on the gun/lance assembly to 
remove any impurities in the system which may have been dislodged during initial 
transport. Ensure the nozzle is unblocked.

o

NOW ONLY 

refit the H.P. Jet

Last Checks:

o

Check oil levels in H.P. Pump & Slave Tank. Fill up with SAE 30 or SAE 
15W40 if required.

o

Check fuel level - fill up if required using CLEAN & FRESH PETROL FUEL

o

Check engine air cleaner and water filter is in place, tight and unblocked

o

Ensure water supply is open and that there are no obvious water leaks

o

Visually check lance & gun assembly

2. INSTALLATION & SET UP

2.2 OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS - Starting your engine

1.Unroll high pressure hose on reel ensure there are no kinks in it.
2. Starting Procedure:

O

 Ensure the main ON/OFF switch (photo 2) is OFF

O

Ensure the Choke is ON (Move fully to the LEFT - ‘A’ in photo 1.)

O

Ensure the Fuel is open (Move ‘B’ fully to the RIGHT - Photo 1.)

Note: 

There are picture diagrams on the engine showing which way is on and off.

O

Now take the recoil cord handle ‘D’ and give it 2 pulls to prime the engine.

O

Now switch the main ON/OFF switch (photo 2) to ON and pull the recoil cord 

handle in a strong, even, fully extended pull. The engine should fire up.

O

As soon as it is running, turn the Choke OFF by pushing the Choke Lever ‘A’ 

all the way to the left.
