Re-fitting:
• To change the tension while wearing the orthosis, it is only necessary to change
the position of the Velcro ends of the straps on the straps.
• If the lower end of the orthosis presses into the calf, the articulated arm can be
bent outwards at the distal end appropriately.
Before you take it off:
• To loosen the strap system, please open the magnetic fasteners of the two front
straps and then pull on the two rear straps.
• Then grasp into the orthosis from below and pull it off downwards.
Precautions:
Follow the advice of the healthcare practitioner who prescribed or supplied the
product. Wearing this product, as with any compression product, could, in some
persons, cause cutaneous reactions (redness, erythema). Should this occur, it is
preferable to readjust or remove the product and ask the professional who
delivered the product for advice. Store at room temperature, preferably in its
original packaging. For hygiene and performance reasons, do not re-use the product
for another patient. Any serious incident that occurs in connection with the pro-
duct must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the
Member State in which the user and/or patient are/is domiciled.
Washing instructions:
• Take off the rigid hinge before washing.
• Fasten Velcro tabs before washing.
• Machine wash at 30 °C, delicate cycle, preferably in a wash bag.
•
Do not use detergents, fabric softeners or aggressive products (products containing
chlorine)
• Squeeze out excess water.
• Allow to dry in the ambient air, remote from any source of heat.
