1.1 Laser heads for application

Different laser head owns different focal distance and laser dot size, thus they were used
for different job.
According to custom
er’s application, we have three kinds of laser head for choice.

Note 1: Standard head means 2” head; usually we use it for cutting material less than
10mm thickness and engraving simple patterns.
Note 2: HR head is special for engraving high quality picture and cutting very thin
(usually less than 1mm) material for getting a precise job.
Note 3: 4” laser head is special for cutting thick material (usually more than 10mm).
Usually we install a 2” standard head for our Thunder Laser system, and HR
head and 4” head are optional parts,
You can choose them according to your job requirement.

HR head
High Resolution head, HR head for short which was made by special structure, this
structure allows laser beam to be focused into a much smaller focal dot,
and it is
suitable
for intricate, tight-tolerance engraving and for direct marking on some metals
