Brew Head Assembly (Figure 1002)
1.
Install basket support (105) into chassis (5) using screws (110).
2.
Apply black RTV (45) to mating surfaces and Install brew head (40) onto
chassis (5) using screws (50).
3. Install spacer (60) into barbed adapter (55) and install into brew head (40).
Use Teflon tape (commercially available) as required.
4. Install brew tube (290) onto barbed adaptor (55).

Heater Assembly Installation (Figure 1001)
1.
Apply clear RTV (235) to gasket and position onto tray (225). Place tray with
gasket into place onto chassis (5).
2. On Models 1601B coffee brewers, apply thermal grease (250A) to mating
surfaces install overheat thermostat (245A) onto thermostat mounting plate
(240) using locknut (255).
3. On Model 1601B Coffee Brewers, apply thermal grease (250A) to thermostat
mounting plate (240A) and position over heater assembly (260).
4. Position heater assembly (260) and clamp (270) into chassis and install
screws (265) and locknuts (275).
5.
On Models 1601B coffee brewers, install three remaining screws (265).
6.
Connect electrical leads from the heater elements and thermostats to the
terminal board (300) locations as required. On Model 1601B Coffee Brewers,
apply Red RTV (252A) over electrical contacts on Overheat Thermostat
(245A).
7. Note orientation and install check valve (395) into tube (290). Install tubes
(290) into water tank (380) and heater assembly (260).
8.
Install bottom cover (280) using screws (285).
