Below are common situations and the most common solutions.

ISSUE
RESOLUTION
Light will not turn on (Indicator Light
on the side of the fi xture is off )
> Check all cord connections on the power supply
> Verify power outlet is working properly
Indicator Light on side of fi xture
is blinking yellow
> Fixture needs to be paired to the WiFi Network (Pg. 11)
Cannot view Fixture on
the TT3 Connect App
> Ensure the WiFi in the Phone’s Settings is turned on
> Verify that the Phone and Fixture are on the same WiFi Network
> Verify that the Fixture has been setup on the WiFi Network (Pg. 10)
Cannot add a Fixture to a Group
> Verify that the Fixtures are the same model (all Freshwater or all Marine)
> Verify that the Fixture you are trying to add isn’t part of another Group
Lightning Storm not working
> Increase the duration and intensity of the Lightning (Pg. 19)
