No Power
AC power cord is not connected to the
power supply or is not connected to a
power supply correctly.
Please check that the AC power cord is
connected correctly.
There is no sound or
is distorted.
The audio cables aren’t connected
correctly.
The volume is set to the minimum level.
The sound is switched Off.
Check the cables are connected correctly.
Turn up the volume.
Press MUTE on the remote control to
switch On the sound.
Press PLAY/PAUSE.
Unable to play CD
CD is placed wrong way in the disc tray.
CD is not compatible.
CD is dirty.
Check CD is placed with labels side up in
the disc tray.
Clean the disc.
TI-350 doesn’t work
when a USB drive is
inserted.
The connected USB drive is probably not
a certified.
TI-350 can not play uncertified USB
drive. If TI-350 stop working, turn it Off,
disconnect the power cord from the AC
outlet and unplug the USB drive from the
player. Then, power On TI-350. TI-350 will
resume in normal mode.
Buttons don’t work.
The unit is being interfered with static
electricity.
Switch Off and unplug the unit.
Then connect the plug to the power sup-
ply and turn it On again.
The remote control
does not function.
There is no battery in the remote control.
The batteries are flat.
The remote control isn’t pointed to the
remote sensor.
The remote control is out of operating
range.
The unit is turned Off.
Install two AAA/1.5V batteries into remote
control.
Replace the batteries with new ones.
Make sure that the remote control is
pointed to the remote control sensor.
Make sure the remote control is within the
operating area.
Switch Off the unit and disconnect it from
the AC outlet. Then power on the unit
again
