B. To forward the ringing
from your outside calls
to another extension:
I.
Lift handset.
2.
Press RG TR.
3. Dial extension num ber to
which calls will be fo rwa rded.
4.
Dial*
5. Hang up.
To cancel Call Forwarding
for outside calls:
I.
Lift handset.
2. Press RG TR button
twice.
3. Hang up.
Your outside calls will ring
elsewhe re, but the Line key still
flashes and you still have the
option of answe ring them f rom
you r own phone.
RG TR flashes slowly and you
hea r one sho rt beep ove r you r
speake r as confirmation. ( No
flashing and one long beep
means you cannot forwa rd calls
to that extension - it is in the Do
Not Distu rb mode.)
You can cancel it only f rom you r
own phone - not the phone
receiving you r forwarded calls.
RG TR extinguishes.
C. To forward both your intercom and outside calls:
I.
Pe rfo rm Call Fo rwa rding
p rocedu res A and B.
To cancel this type of Call
Fo rwa rding , simply perfo rm the
canceling procedu res for A and B.
NOTE:
The RG TR key flashes fast at you r phone when someone
fo rwa rds calls (intercom and/o r outside) to you.
