Direct Extension S election
Each Fu nctio n key ca n be programme d to directly co n nect you to
a nother exte nsio n i n your system.
To program a Function key for Direct E xtension Selection:
1.
Lift ha ndset.
2.
Press DC.
3.
Dial#.
4.
Press a Fu nctio n key.
5. Dial exte nsio n num ber.
6 . Ha ng up.
NOTE:

To call an extension using a preprogrammed Function key:
1.
Lift ha ndset.
2.
Press Fu nctio n key assig ne d
to desire d exte nsion.

message after the beeps - your
voice will be broa dcast over that
exte nsio n's speaker.
