Group Hunt Transfer
The exte nsio ns i n your system are grouped together ( via programming)
i n Hu nt Groups, a nd each group is assig ned a num ber (0- 9) . For
example, your sales departme nt might be Hu nt Group
7.
Group Hu nt
Tra nsfer hu nts for the first idle exte nsio n i n the desired Hu nt group , a nd
the n allows you to tra nsfer a n outside call to that e xte nsio n. (See the Hu nt
Groups Chart for the e xte nsio n groupi ngs.)
To transfer an outside call to a Hunt Group:
1. Esta blish outside call.
2. Press ICM.
3.
Dial#.
4.
Dial Hu nt Group num ber ( 0- 9)
for desired exte nsio n group.
5.
A n nou nce call if you wish to
speak to the receivi ng party.
OR
Press RG I N W to make the
outside call ri ng the exte nsion.
6. Ha ng up.

Call is automatically put o n hold.
This co nnects you to the first idle
exte nsio n i n the group. Busy to ne
mea ns all exte nsio ns i n the group
are busy.
If there is no a nswer, you ca n
press#, a nd this feature will hu nt
for a nother idle exte nsio n i n the
group.
You ca n retur n to the outside call
by pressi ng the f lashi ng Li ne key.
You ca nnot retur n to the outside
call after you press RG I NW.
If the tra nsfer is not a nswered
withi n a programmed i nter val of
time, the outside call re- ri ngs your
pho ne.
