Intercom Calls
Interco m calls are the way you contact other extension users in your
syste m. When you place an interco m call, you may hear one or two
beeps instead of ringing. If so, you can state your message after you hear
the beep (s) - your voice will be broadcast over that extension's speaker.
To place an intercom call:
1. Lift
handset.
2.
Press ICM.
3. Dial extension nu m ber.

Hear dial tone.
To convert a voice announced
call into one that rings, or vice
versa, dial 1 after the nu m ber.
You cannot put interco m calls on
Hold.
NOTE:
You can record the name of each extension user on the
preprinted D irectory Card provided with your phone. The extension
nu m bers are on the side of the card la beled STATION N O.
To answer intercom calls that are broadcast over your
phone's speaker:
1 .
Just speak towards the phone;
the phone's microphone
picks up your voice.

1. Lift handset.
