How to Clean
When the cleaning with
citric acid is complete,

Use commercially available food-grade citric acid. Carefully read the safety precautions when using citric
acid.

Drain into the lower cylinder the water remaining in the path inside the main unit.

Remaining coffee and water will flow into the path inside the main unit.
