If you have clicked on the option
‘Wave’
all telephone calls are listed.
Alternatively you can choose a list of all outgoing, all incoming or all missed
calls. Furthermore you can choose the date of the calls.

To search a recorded call you can enter the data in
’Content’
and then click on
’Find’
.
5.
If you want to open archived calls click on
(under the option ‘Find’).
The option
‘Refresh’
displays the list in alphabetical order again.
If you have selected a recorded call you can choose between the following options:

Contacts
:
You can assign a contact person to this call.

Memo
:
Enter information to the selected call.

Del
:
Delete the selected call(s).

Del Sound
:
Delete the wave file(s) which belongs to the selected call(s).

Export Files
:
Export the wave file(s) of the selected call(s).

Export packet
: Export the data and wave file(s) of the selected call(s) as packet.

Browse packet
: Import / Browse in a packet.
