Titan Metal Detectors are warranted against defects in workman-

ship or materials under normal use for five years from date of

purchase to the original user. Liability in all events is limited to

the purchase price paid. Liability under this WARRANTY  is

LIMITED to replacing or repairing, at our option, any Titan Detec-

tor returned, shipping cost prepaid, to
