In Random Mode, Wave Frequency and Power Intensity cannot be
adjusted and the LCD Display will show a “0” to denote that these
cannot be changed.

Time/Mode Button
Use this button to set the time and for accessing
the wave mode settings.

Scroll button
This button allows you to scroll right whilst
changing settings.

FEED Button
Press “FEED” to pause pump operation for 10 minutes.
When you enter FEED Mode the LCD screen on the
controller will display F010 (Feed Mode 10 minutes)
and the pump will stop pumping.
The controller will then start a 10 minute countdown which
will be displayed on the LCD screen of the controller,
starting at F010 and counting down in minutes to F009,
F008 and so on until it displays F000, at which point the
10 minutes have elapsed and the pump will resume
operation and start pumping. If you wish to restart
the pump before the end of the 10 minute pause,
press FEED again and the pump will restart.

Increase Button
When changing settings, this button will allow you
to increase the number displayed.
OPERATION OF THE DC CONTROLLER
1. Up to 8 blue LEDs will illuminate to show pump speed, power
and frequency.
• Two LEDs illuminated indicate 40% of maximum power
• Four LEDs illuminated indicate 60% of maximum power
• Six LEDs illuminated indicate 80% of maximum power
• Eight LEDs illuminated indicate 100% of maximum power
2. The LCD screen displays the current time
or the wave mode
In this example, 3438 indicates:
3 = Time Period (Daylight 09:00-14:00 hrs)
4 = Power Intensity (100%)
3 = Wave Mode (Continuous Stream)
8 = Wave Frequency (Slowest)
Please note:
Time Periods are not user defined. However, in each
pre-set time period the power intensity, the wave mode and the
wave frequency can be adjusted according to the individual
requirements of the aquarium.
Explanation of Wave Frequency
This can be changed from 1 to 8 with 1 being the fastest and 8 being
the slowest frequency. Please note: In Continuous Stream Mode the
Wave Frequency is factory pre-set at 8 and cannot be adjusted.
