PRE-INSTALLATION
1. Verify with your IT Staff:
• Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is enabled.
Note:
Currently, EverAlert Dynamic View does not support static IP address configuration on the Portal.
This would need to be manually done though the OS or using DHCP reservations.
• Firewall port 123 is open for UDP (User Datagram Protocol) transfer.
• Internet Connection is available with Wi-Fi or Ethernet 10/100Base-T

Choose a location that is near an AC power receptacle.

It is
recommends using a Commercial Display with the following specifications.
i.
16x9 aspect ratio
ii.
Recommended Display sizes - 43”, 55” & 65”. These sizes are optimized for the graphic
layouts that are provided.
iii.
HDMI 2.0
• TV Mount
• High Quality HDMI Cable
