8.3 Washing Water Flow Passage Maintenance and Inspection
(1) Washing water flow passage inspection
(a) The washing water (pure water) is introduced from the pure water tank to the washing reservoir by
pure water pump and is discharged from the inner periphery to the center of the washing reservoir.
(b) 10 seconds washing consumes about 100mL of washing water (pure water). Before use, check that
the washing water level inside the tank is sufficient so that the tank will not run out of water during
continuous measurement.
(c) Remove the piping cover on the front (left-hand side) of the product and check that the following
washing water tubes (3 tubes) are not deteriorated, damaged, or bend, etc.
•
Washing water tube (for tank): In pure water tank
•
Washing water tube (for pump): Between pure water tank (piping port) to pure water pump (IN
side)
•
Washing water tube (for washing reservoir): Between pure water pump (OUT side) to washing
reservoir (pure water supply port)

Visual Inspection of Washing Water Flow Passage
(d) After checking that there is no problem concerning (b) and (c) above, operate the pure water pump
and check that pure water is discharged enough to reach to the center from the inner periphery of
the washing reservoir.
