8.7 Liquid Level Sensor Replacement
When the level sensor of the pure water tank or waste solution tank breaks down, replace it by the
following procedure.
(1) Pure water tank liquid level sensor replacement

Set the power switch to OFF.
⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅
Set the power switch at the left-hand side of the product to
OFF.

Remove the plug.
⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅
Pull the plug of the liquid level sensor of the pure water tank from the
liquid level connection connector (for pure water) (LEVEL ALARM RINSE1) on the back side of
the product.

Disconnect the tube.
⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅
Disconnect one end of the washing water tube (for pump) from the
piping port of the pure water tank.

Replace the liquid level sensor.
⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅
Loosen and remove the pure water tank cap and remove
the old liquid level sensor from the tank. Insert the new liquid level sensor into the pure water tank
(washing water tube (for tank) connected at the factory) and tighten and fix the cap as it was
originally.
