Sales are final after 30 days and AquariumVac.com will not issue any credit or refunds for returned 
Products. 
  
A 20% Restocking Fee applies to returned products. 
All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the 
sender.

DOA (“Dead-On-Arrival”): 

 

Upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should promptly turn on the Product to make sure it is working 
properly.  If the Product does not power up, or if the Product appears to malfunction, Buyer should 
immediately contact AquariumVac.com technical support to obtain an RMA and shipping 
instructions.  Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the “defective” Product to the Company, 
accompanied by the RMA number issued by AquariumVac.com.  At its own discretion, the Company will 
either repair or replace the Product.  AquariumVac.com will only accept DOA Products if returned to the 
Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. (Within 30 days from receipt). 

 
Normal Products Operation and Usage: 

 

After the 30-day grace period, should a Product suddenly stop functioning properly, Buyer should 
communicate with AquariumVac.com technical support team to resolve the issue.  If the issues cannot be 
resolved remotely with the aid of the Company’s technical support, AquariumVac.com personnel will issue 
the Buyer an RMA and shipping instructions so that Buyer can return the Product to AquariumVac.com for 
repair or exchange only.  AquariumVac.com will only accept Products if returned to the Company within 
the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period.   

AquariumVac.com will only accept Product returns with an RMA. To obtain an RMA, or to communicate 
with the Company about any other issue and to make any inquiries, please email AquariumVac.com at 
cs@aquariumvac.com.  The Company will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning the product 
within two (2) business days after receiving a request. 
 
AquariumVac.com management encourages all Buyers to register purchased Products at 
AquariumVac.com website by filling out the registration form online. 
 
Disassembling Products and tempering with the security seal without a proper authorization from 
AquariumVac.com technical support team will void this warranty.
