CHIMICHURRI SAUCE 

 

INGREDIENTS

Garlic
Parsley
Red Wine Vinegar
Cilantro
Crushed Red Pepper
Cumin Seed

Garnish: Salt and Pepper

MEASURE

1 clove
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
2 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In the food chopper blend to the consistency you desire:
 

1 clove of garlic

 

1/2 cup firmly packed parsley

 

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

 

2 tbsp Fresh cilantro

 

1/2 tsp crushed pepper

 

1/4 tsp cumin

 

salt and pepper to taste

MORNING COFFEE SMOOTHIE   

INGREDIENTS

Chilled Coffee
Ice
Half And Half
Peanut Butter
Honey Or Agave Nectar
Banana

MEASURE

1 cup
1 cup
1 cup
1 tbsp
2 tbsp
1

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1.  

Place ice, half and half, peanut butter, banana and honey in the Todd English

 Chopper.
2.  

Blend everything until broken down and slowly pour chilled coffee in.

3.  

Pour and serve.

1/4 cup
