In case of load cell with capacity of 5 kN and rated output of 2 mV/V
For a load cell whose rated output is expressed in mV/V,

When measuring current by using a shunt resistor and measuring the voltage drop
between the both ends of the resistor
:
When a shunt resistor of 10 Ω is used and the measured voltage drop is 300 mV or less
According to Ohm’s law, I = E/R.
Therefore, it is calculated as 1(mV)/10(Ω) = 0.1(mA)
This means that when the voltage drop is 1 mV, the cur rent is 0.1 mA.
