Off
Select this option when you want to send no output (do not connect) to external devices.
○
Printer
Select this option when you want to send to and print data with a printer “DPU-S245-00A-E”.
During auto measurement, data is printed at the same time with measurement. Also, you can
print data by pressing [
ENT]
key at any time. Before using the printer, read the operation
manual of “DPU-S245-00A-E” carefully and set the proper communication conditions for the
TC-32K.

Indicator
Select this option when you want to use an external indicator “EDU-11”.

Manual
Select this option when you want to output data to a PC by key operations. In single channel
mode, whenever you press
[ENT]
key, the TC-32K outputs measurement data. In multi-
channel mode (including inclinometer mode), the TC-32K executes scanning measurement when
you press
[ENT]
key, and then outputs all measurement data. During auto measurement, the
TC-32K outputs data at every measurement.
7.4 Data output format setting
This function is to set a data output format.

Data format
[CSV]
Included data are separated by comma (“, “). This format is mainly used for
saving data in spreadsheet software and database software.
[TDS]
This is our unique file of ASCII format (allowing recording of data with the
almost same image as the printer output).
1. Move the cursor (reversed indication) with
[▲][▼]
keys on the Interface screen and
press
[ENT]
key, or press
[3]
of ten keys, to
go to “Data format”.
2. Select the setting item you want to change.
3. Setting values for each item are shown in
the left.
Select the setting value with
[
◄][►]
keys,
and press
[ENT]
key.
