Once you have borrowed a book, you can open it immediately from the browser
by selecting
Read book directly
(or similar). The title will then be loaded onto
your tolino. Please note that you need to have an Adobe ID for this.
As soon as the lending period for the book has expired, you can no longer open
it and it will automatically be removed from your tolino—a blessing for all those
who regularly forget to return books on time.

If you have read the book before the end of the lending period, you can also re-
turn it to the library ahead of schedule. To do that, just press the cover image of
the book for a few seconds. This will open a menu in which you can select the
option,

.
