Your Tomatis® training is entirely made and personalized by a Professional and can vary greatly depending on your goals and
profile. This personalized training is organized into several individualized “sessions” spaced out by breaks. Your Professional
provides you with TalksUp® equipment that can be connected to your Tomatis®
Infinite
headphones in order to complete
your individualized listening sessions. Each listening session generally lasts 14 days but this duration can change significantly
according to your listening profile.
The recommendations for use below are general and are provided for information only. In all cases, use the instructions provided
by your Tomatis® Professional. The Professional will adapt them to your own individualized profile.
You can follow the 7 day “warm-up” preparatory
program before starting your personalized
listening training.
During the breaks between Tomatis® individualized listening
sessions, your Professional may recommend that you continue
to stimulate yourself in order to maintain the effect obtained
from your listening session. This will consist of using one of the
two 15-day «follow-up» consolidation programs. He/She may
also ask you to use the audio-vocal training function.
After a full individualized Tomatis® training,
please enjoy listening periodically to one of the
music listening programs and using the audio-
vocal function. Your Tomatis® Professional can
guide you in this process.
