Transmission Removal
Lift the rear of vehicle with a jack lift.

Secure the vehicle properly with jack stands and
wheel chocks.

Remove the wheel.

Remove the wheel.
2.
Remove the cam wheel by releasing the Allen
bolt (1).
3.
Remove grease nipple (2).
4.
Remove final drive nut (3) using the special
Tomcar wrench TM50190.
5.
Disconnect the final drive from the vehicle by
removing the 6 bolts and nuts that hold the
final drive bracket (1).
6.
Carefully pull out the final drive. It will hang
on the shock absorber.
7.
Remove the gear-side variator.
