Booster Replacement

Before proceeding with booster replacement, the master cylinder should be
removed (see: master cylinder replacement).

2.
After removing the master cylinder, remove
the bolt (1) and nut (2) that locks the pedal
shaft and the push rod ball joint together.
Bolt/nut – 19mm
3.
Loosen the lock nut (1).
Nut – 14mm
4. Disconnect the push rod from the booster
4.
Remove the two upper nuts and washers.
Nut – 13mm
5.
Remove the two lower nuts and washers
through the access holes below the booster to
pedal rod.
