About TomTom services
TomTom services give you real-time information about
traffic
and
speed cameras
on your route. To
get TomTom services on your TRUCKER you need to be logged in to a
MyTomTom account
and have
active subscriptions to TomTom Traffic and TomTom Speed Cameras.
Your TRUCKER has a
permanent connection
directly to TomTom services. These navigation devices
are called 'Always Connected' devices.
Check

Note
: TomTom services are not available in all countries or regions, and not all services are
available in all countries or regions. For more information on available services in each region, go

Always connected devices
Follow these steps to get TomTom services on a TomTom TRUCKER that is always connected:
Note
: When you start your TRUCKER for the first time, or after a reset, you are given the option
to activate TomTom services when you set up your TRUCKER.
1.
Select
TomTom Services
in the Main Menu.
2.
If you are prompted, select
Yes
to agree to send information to TomTom.
Note
: You cannot use TomTom services unless you agree to send information to TomTom.
3.
Select
Traffic & Speed Cameras
.
4.
Create a new MyTomTom account or login to your existing MyTomTom account.
Tip
: If you already own a TomTom navigation device, we recommend that you open a new
MyTomTom account for your TRUCKER using a different email address.
TomTom services are now active.
