This command is used to set the low limit of the output frequency in manual mode. When the set voltage
is not greater than 150V, the command data range is 45.0~500Hz. When the frequency is less than 100 Hz,
the resolution is 0.1 Hz; when the frequency is not less than 100 Hz, the resolution is 1 Hz.
