Recall Shortcut
• Press the left POWER button to activate the SMD REWORK STATION.
• On the control panel (15) press SET until “REAL” shows on the LCD display (8).
• Press and hold the left POWER button followed by a shortcut button (1, 2, or 3) for
approximately 5 seconds.
• The LCD display (8) will indicate which shortcut has been recalled “P01/P02/P03” along
with the actual temperature “REAL”.

f) Temperature Compensation/Calibration
• Press and hold the left POWER button and the button on the hot air gun handle (1).
- The LCD display (8) will begin to blink and show “CAL”.
- Press UP or DOWN on the control panel (15).
- Press UP or DOWN using the hot air gun controls (2).
Press and hold UP or DOWN to rapidly adjust
values.
• Press SET on the control panel (15) to save the setting.
g) Sleep Mode
If the hot air gun temperature is below 100 °C when the hot
air gun handle is returned to the holder (2), heating will stop
and the hot air gun will enter sleep mode “SLP”.
h) Switching Between Hot and Cool Air
The cool air is not actively cooled, it is unheated. The temperature of the cool air will depend on
the ambient temperature and the temperature of the air exchange system.
• Using the hot air gun controls (2), you can toggle between hot and cool air as follows:
- If hot air is blowing: Press the button twice to change to cool air, the LCD display (8)
will show “- - -”.
- If cool air is blowing: Press the button once to change to hot air, the LCD display (8)
will display the actual temperature “REAL”.
SOLDERING STATION
a) Power On
• Turn the main power switch ON (7).
• Press the right POWER button to activate the SOLDERING STATION.
• The soldering iron will immediately begin heating until the actual temperature “REAL”
matches the set temperature “SET”.

b) Power Off
• Place the soldering iron back into the holder (10).
• Press the right POWER button to deactivate the
SOLDERING STATION.
• The LCD display (9) will show “OFF”.
• Turn the main power switch OFF (7).
c) Adjust Temperature
• If the LCD display does not show “SET”, press the SET button on the control panel.
• To adjust the temperature press UP or DOWN on the control panel (15).
Press and hold UP or DOWN to rapidly adjust
values.
• The adjusted values will show on the LCD display (9).
• Press the SET button on the control panel (15) or wait
approx. 3 seconds to save the setting.
d) Temperature Shortcut Buttons
Assigning a Shortcut
• Press the right POWER button to activate the SOLDERING STATION.
• Set the desired temperature.
• Press and hold the right POWER button together with a shortcut button (1, 2, or 3) for
more than 5 seconds to assign a shortcut.
• The temperature will appear on the LCD (9) above the corresponding shortcut button to
indicate it has been assigned.
SMD REWORK STATION
a) Power On
• Turn the main power switch ON (7).
• On the control panel (15), press the left POWER button to activate the SMD REWORK
STATION.
- The hot air gun will start heating up when the handle (1) is removed from the holder (3).
- The hot air gun will heat up to the temperature that was last set, indicated by “SET” on
the LCD display (8).
- The actual temperature is indicated by “REAL” on LCD display (8).
- The hot air gun will automatically stop heating when the handle (1) is put back into the
holder (3), and will turn off when the temperature falls below 100 °C. The main unit will
then enter sleep mode and “SLP” will show on the LCD display (8).

b) Power Off
To prevent product damage, the main unit cannot be turned OFF using the main
power switch (7) until the hot air gun temperature falls below 100 °C. The main unit
will automatically assist cooling by sending unheated air through the nozzle (4). Do
not disconnect the main unit from the power supply during the cool down period.
• Press the left POWER button to deactivate the SMD REWORK STATION. The LCD
display (8) will show “OFF”.
• Turn the power switch OFF (7).

c) Adjust Temperature
• If the LCD display (8) does not show “SET”, press the SET button on the control panel (15).
• The temperature will start to blink.
• To adjust the temperature:
- Press UP or DOWN on the control panel (15).
- Press UP or DOWN using the hot air gun controls (2).
Press and hold UP or DOWN to rapidly adjust
values.
• The adjusted temperature will show on the LCD display (8).
• Press the SET button on the control panel (15) or wait approx. 3 seconds to save the
setting.
d)
Airflow Setting
• If the LCD display (8) does not show “SET”, press the SET button on the control panel (15).
• Press the button on the hot air gun handle (1).
• To adjust the volume of hot air:
- Press UP or DOWN on the control panel (15).
- Press UP or DOWN using the hot air gun controls (2).
Press and hold UP or DOWN to rapidly adjust
values.
• The amount of air flowing will show on the LCD display (8).
- The power status bars
indicate how much air is flowing.
- The airflow decreases when the set temperature is reached or is being maintained.
• Press SET on the control panel (15) or wait approx. 3 seconds to save the setting.
e) Temperature Shortcut Buttons
Assigning a Shortcut
• Press the left POWER button to activate the SMD REWORK STATION.
• Press SET to enter settings mode.
• Adjust the temperature and air volume.
• Press and hold the left POWER button together with 1,2, or 3 on the control panel (15)
to assign a shortcut 1=“P01”/2=“P02”/3=“P03”.
